The petition is reached be that § 11 para 1 Second Book of the Social Code (SGB II) is amended to provide that child benefit and maintenance payments to adult children in the calculation of the unemployment benefit will not count as income.
Reason:
The credit of the child benefit for ALG II leads to child benefit and maintenance payments to adult children serve to secure the livelihood of the household. This was certainly not in the introduction of these agents thought so.
It's amazing how different is handled the credit of the child benefit as income of the beneficiary in the individual offices.
According to § 82 para 1 sentence 2 SGB XII was of a minor child benefits attributable to the respective child as income. Is not it only with adult child benefits even more to be counted as income of the child? Especially when you consider how much a training today. Children have a right to integrity, dignity and development of their personality. This is, however, only when the agents and paid into the child, the child are also available.
