Why Isnt Oovoo Working

Currently my absolute favorite dish

Since I have not yet found a therapist (and frankly even give up first), I first started my private JED-good program. This also cook for myself, what am I doing otherwise rather rare, as the rubbish for a single is. But the next meal, I find so delicious that I alone plasters:

banana zucchini curry.

Sounds strange at first in the combination, but really ....* hmmmmhhh *




Ingredients for 1 serving



salt ½ cup / n rice, long grain
1 tablespoon crème fraîche
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons water
2 tsp curry
1 teaspoon sugar
pepper, white, from the mill
2 spring onion (s)
1 banana (s)
1 zucchini, medium size
2 teaspoons butter or margarine


preparation

bring a cup of water with a little salt to a boil. Stir in the rice and cook covered at very low heat for about 20 minutes until al dente. In between, do not stir. Remove lid and allow to evaporate.

Meanwhile in a small bowl the crème fraîche with the lemon juice, water, curry powder, sugar, salt and pepper together.

clean the spring onions and cut into 1 / 2 cm wide pieces. The banana peel and cut diagonally into thick slices. The zucchini in quarters lengthwise, then cut into thin slices.

to heat up a frying pan and melt the fat in it. First, the spring onions fry, then add the banana slices on both sides until golden brown, season with salt and pepper.

Add the zucchini slices and pour the curry sauce. Stir gently once, and let cook about 1 minute. Remove from heat and keep warm, covered, if the rice is not ready yet.
