Alice in Wonderland

Tim Burton was never gone, yet I allow myself the phrase: he is back! In his latest work, which is a recent collaboration with Johnny Depp, Helena Bonham Carter and Danny Elfman is (responsible for the soundtrack), he tries on the story of Alice, originally from the pen of Lewis Carroll.

Alice Kingsley is 19 years old and was visiting as a child in Wonderland. The memories are still her, but as such it takes Alice is not it - rather, they believe they have very vivid dreams. When she is with her mother at a party as guests, who will turn out to be her engagement party, she sees several times a white rabbit. Instead Hamish reply to his request, she follows the rabbit and falls headfirst into a hole which they promoted to Wonderland. Once there, she thinks he is in a dream, explore the world so innocently. She meets a number of inhabitants of Wonderland, which is actually the lowlands, and kindled a debate - it is the right Alice? From Absolem, the wise caterpillar, Alice learns that it is only partly correct, and Alice heard the prophecy, after which it is to cut down on the Blumertag Jabberwocky.

A typical Burton's Alice in Wonderland, not - that he's just not dark enough - but he has still done a good job. Wonderland has wonderfully surreal, the typical Burton-swirls are available and what can go wrong, even if Johnny Depp is again one of the party? The two are nunmal an absolute dream team.

The characters are just lovable, without exception. Just as are the actors who embody them - Mia Wasikowska is as perfect for the role of Alice, Johnny Depp is perfect for the Hatter. Helena Bonham Carter excels as the Red Queen herself and by "Princess Diaries" and "The Devil Wears Prada" we may admire Anne Hathaway as a benevolent White Queen.

Also worth mentioning is the score soundtrack, once again composed by Danny Elfman, who emphasizes the event wonderful.

The reinterpretation of the story Alice is fun for the whole family and kidnapped - all too briefly - in a fabulous fantasy world. Viewing is a must - even many times, although I personally do not like the end.
